An associate who, under the supervision of a registered nurse, is trained to prepare, operate and maintain hemodialysis equipment and assist in the care of patients undergoing hemodialysis treatments.




  • High School graduate or equivalent.

  • Emergency Medical Technician required OR

  • Certified Nursing Assistant required OR

  • Currently enrolled in a nursing program with the completion of the first year.

  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification upon hire.


  • Use of general patient care and communication equipment such as nurse call pager system; Meditech; Bedtracking System; all equipment used to monitor patients vital signs, including all patient scales.

  • Good communication skills including pleasant phone manner, and good patient care techniques.
