We are currently seeking mission driven, service minded Occupational Therapists interested in making a difference in patients’ lives by offering the same compassionate care and award winning services that has made VNA Health at Home the leading home health provider for over a century.
Provides Occupational Therapy treatments to patients in the home care setting.
Focuses on patient evaluations, updates plan of treatment, supervision of OTA's, quality of care, patient care education to clients and caregivers.
Deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the state of practice and must be in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Participates in case conferences, summary reports, quarterly record reviews and annual program review.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association
Currently licensed to practice in Indiana
One year occupational therapy experience preferred.
Must obtain and maintain current CPR Certification (all locations).
