Seasonal Marketing Coordinator



The Temporary Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the supporting the Sales and Marketing team with data management and retention. Areas of responsibility will include data entry, sales retention support, fulfillment support and outbound call support for community outreach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enter BRC lead data into a Customer Relations System (CRM) under direction of Marketing Ops Manager and Director. Assign leads to agents for follow-up.

  • Support broker channel by entering paper enrollments/applications received into a Customer Relations System (CRM) including under direction of Marketing Ops Manager and Director.

  • Fulfill literature requests for members or prospective members via digital email and/or direct mail.

  • Monitor fulfillment inventory with vendors and onsite.

  • Make outbound calls to current and prospective members to collect data and confirm seminar reservations.

  • Audit excel and batched data for high-level reporting under guidance of Marketing Ops manager.

  • Properly screen, counsel and provide current members with benefit information related to 2018 plans under direction of Sales and Marketing leadership team.

  • Assist with plan changes by staffing the Hunt Group phone lines during regular business hours.

  • Support sales team with sales seminars and community outreach, to include helping with room set up and projectors


Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree or above in marketing or a High School Diploma plus two years sales and marketing experience are preferred.

  • Experience working in the Medicare/Healthcare space or customer service

  • Working knowledge of sales CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint systems.

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations

  • Must have a means of reliable transportation to and from work (normally, 8 am to 5 pm)

  • Marketing and Communications background and skill is preferred.
