Enhances the lines of communication

between referring physicians and the specialists. This includes developing,

managing, and supporting relationships, coordinating and disseminating

information, acting as a key resource for internal and external physicians as

well as identifying new business opportunities with referring physicians. also

Establishes a high level of customer service by facilitating referrals,

providing information on new clinical programs and services, clinical trials and

the introduction of new physicians.

previous to employment: Three (3) years of related work experience

  • Microsoft Office efficiency

Position

Responsibilities

  1. Foster relations to facilitate

collaboration for sponsoring, hosting, or participation in

educational/promotional outreach events.

  1. Serve as a conduit for

communication between administration, staff, MDs and other departments. Be a

reliable resource and point of contact to increase knowledge, awareness and

involvement of program activities and strategies.

  1. Develop and liaise successful

partnerships to create outreach programs and opportunities, raise awareness for

Transplant Service Line within Houston and the surrounding

communities.

  1. Develop and participate in

community programs and other events.

  1. Create, manage and staff new

education and outreach programs. Manage all aspects from proposals, staff,

marketing and content creation.
