Oversees the daily administrative operations of multiple Executives and or departments; Has accountability for relieving of routine matters through appropriate independent action. He/she is required to make decisions in their absence and consistently interacts/problem solves with senior management, staff, physicians, members of the community and Health System employees and Executives. He/she mentors trains and Supervises other Administrative staff in the Executive

Offices. He/she Works closely with the entire management team in coordinating programs and activities, and is expected to conduct business Functions competently in the absence of any or all of the Executives he/she Supports.


Minimum Job Qualifications

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree

  • Advanced Microsoft Office product competency, which may be tested through pre-employment assessment

Minimum years in field previous to


  • One (1) year of experience in discipline with degree OR

  • Three (3) years of experience in discipline OR

  • Master’s degree and no experience

Position Responsibilities

  1. Supervises designated office administrative staff

  2. Develops operating procedures and systems to ensure effective and efficient office operations

  3. Develops presentations, including general preparation, identifying resources, collateral and presentation materials,

equipment needs, producing scripts and PowerPoint presentations – committee and or board members; minutes

  1. On behalf of named executive officers, Prepares correspondence and other material requiring considerable judgment

and knowledge of health system operations; screens traces, files, retrieves, and Coordinates all incoming and outgoing

correspondence and necessary paperwork directly related to the overall management of the health system

  1. Represents named Executive officers as principle contact for and liaison with internal and external stakeholders

  2. Participates in executive and leadership team meetings through the preparation of agendas, packets, documents and

general record keeping
