Educator Behavioral Health, Clinical Education, Our Lady of Peace, Days, Full Time


This position is responsible for ensuring that all assessment clinicians

receive orientation and continuous education/training necessary for competency

in performing level of care assessments. This position assists the ARC Supervisor

in identifying, planning, organizing,

implementing and developing training curriculum for all assessment clinicians to develop skills

and competency needed to provide patient

care services to various patient populations including pediatric, adolescent,

adult and geriatric.

Assumespersonal responsibility for maintaining professional development, licensure,practice and education. Promotes and role models continuous self-development byactive participation in in-services and seeks out learning experiences.

Responsiblefor ensuring that all assessment clinicians receive orientation and continuouseducation/training necessary for competency in performing level of careassessments.

Plans,develops, coordinates and implements opportunities necessary for competency inmeeting patient needs.

Other duties as assigned.


Education /Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):


degree required in Social Work or equivalent


Social Work license or equivalent preferred

CPR certified and able to

perform CPR techniques

Experience(required and preferred):

Clinical mental health required

Able to complete basic safe crisis management

training and perform safe crisis management techniques
