Seeking a Passionate, Dynamic Clinician to !

CHI Health at Home in conjunction with Dignity Health is seeking an experienced Home Health Operations Executive to join our overhauled team! This individual will drive operational and clinical efficiency and revenue growth for the Home Health program in Henderson, NV, overseeing a team of clinical, operation and sales associates.

Our ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker and idea generator with national perspective, entrepreneurial drive, and consistent revenue focus.

Your background will include experience formulating plans for market penetration and revenue development in the millions. Scope of knowledge should encompass Episodic Management, Clinical program development and delivery, quality enhancement and excellence. Your sales acumen should include a working knowledge of BPCI Model 2 bundles and CCJR; mergers, acquisitions and post-acquisition assimilation and integration of teams into the umbrella business operational culture. Must be well versed in tactics to increase staff productivity and enhance customer service. Experience interacting and positively influencing Hospital C-suite is essential.

Drive operational efficiency and clinical excellence through heightened engagement and positive culture

  • Improve associate relations and drive high retention with minimal turnover

  • Manage, develop and train clinical and sales staff in the local market to ensure area growth targets are achieved or exceeded.

  • Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix and competition.

  • Partner with VP, Population Health to drive improve engagement around value-based purchasing and alternative payment model implementation.

  • Coach and mentor Sales team to develop and execute area-specific quarterly marketing action plans and the annual strategic plan/budget. Oversee and prepare quarterly sales updates by market to ensure achievement of established sales goals.

  • Partner with Operation Leadership to ensure continued branch growth by expanding new and existing client base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent

  • Minimum of eight years healthcare experience, Home Health required

  • Current or recent experience managing a minimum of $5M in healthcare revenue in a single or multi-site setting

  • Success in revenue growth and in the development and execution of market planning

  • Successful experience with start-ups, acquisitions and incorporating legacy teams into parent company culture

  • Outstanding leadership, managerial skills

  • Must be organized, articulate and an extraordinarily gifted individual adept at hiring, retaining, motivating and developing a highly skilled work force

  • Must live within the NV market
