PHYSICAL THERAPIST, FRAZIER REHAB INSTITUTE MT. STERLING, DAYS, FULL TIME

Description

This position is responsible for evaluating, planning and administering

physical therapy in order to restore and improve patient’s functioning.

This role may provide care to various patient populations including pediatric,

adolescent, adult and geriatrics. Care provided is based on defined

standards of patient care and physical therapy practice.

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. CPR Certification (American

Heart Association) required.

One year related experience preferred

  • For

of education.
