Harrison Medical Center is located on the beautiful Washington State Peninsula offering an incredible variety of outdoor life including hiking, boating and skiing. We are part of the CHI Franciscan System and are a non-profit organization.
Our Progressive Care Unit East, an award winning department, is designated a Primary Stroke Center by the Joint Commission and was awarded the Gold Plus for Get with the Guidelines for Stroke Care. Our department treats a variety of patients including; Acute Stroke/TIA, Respiratory Failure, Chest Tubes, ACS, NSTEMI and Step-down ICU.
PCU East has 26 beds with a patient to RN ratio of 3-4:1 on days and 4-5:1 on nights. We also have unit secretaries, certified nursing assistants, charge nurses and assistant nurse managers to assist in patient care.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist in delivering nursing care, under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program (or military medical specialty training).
Six months related work experience required.
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant by the Washington State Nursing Commission.
Current healthcare provider Basic Life Support (CPR) certification with American Heart Association
Must be able to pass background, drug & nicotine screen
