The ICU at Harrison is a Beacon Award winning 20 bed multi-specialty unit including Cardiothoracic surgery, Intra Aortic Ballon Pumps, LVAD, CCRT. They offer 12 hour shifts with scheduling flexibility. Team based/open scheduling. 24/7 on-site Intensivist. Staff-Led Shared Goverance Counsel.
We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Registered Nurse with top-notch clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families on the in-home healthcare process.
Additional requirements for this role include:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
Previous PCU or ICU experience preferred.
Previous Emergency room experience also considered
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Current Healthcare BLS Certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or attainment within six months of hire.
CCRN/Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) preferred.
