CHI Franciscan possesses a robust Oncology Service line that recently received accreditation by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. In 2015 we received a special commendation for our nursing education program and support of certification in oncology nursing. Our care team is made up of skilled surgeons, medical and radiation oncologist, nurse navigators and other oncology experts. We are most proud of our compassionate and exceptional quality care.
This position will oversee the Highline Cancer Center, Physician Clinic, Med/Onc Infusion, and Radiation Oncology.Highly visible position within medical center as well as surrounding community. This is a great opportunity for innovative program development, participation in setting strategic priorities/initiatives; mulitdisciplinary team approach to cancer care.
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN
Three years’ experience and clinical knowledge in Oncology.
Two years in a charge nurse/ leadership or equivalent position required.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Current certification in Oncology Nursing
Current healthcare provider BLS certification.
