REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (Respiratory) Full Time: 7a-7p (2510002194)


Job Summary:

A graduate or registered Respiratory Therapist is an individual who practices under medical supervision and delivers respiratory care services to most areas of the hospital.

Essential Duties:

  • Assess, treat, evaluate and monitor patients with various disorders of the cardiopulmonary system.

  • Ability to use appropriate equipment for mechanical ventilation and airway support.

  • Special duties as required including patient and family education



  • Graduate of accredited Respiratory Therapy School. Minimum A.S. or A.A.S required and B.S. preferred


  • A minimum of 6 months recent ICU and ER experience required. Proficient in all patient care areas (i.e. ICU, ER and floor)


  • TN Licensure with ABG endorsement

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for Respiratory Care

  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
