We have a great opportunity for you! St. Elizabeth Home Care is seeking an LPN to work a private duty case from 11p-7a Saturday night with additional PRN day shifts throughout the week!

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)


  • Provides care and education to patients and their caregivers

  • Participates in the coordination of services with other disciplines and community resources as needed

  • Evaluates and revises care plans/assessments based on changes in patients and/or their environments

  • Participates in regular case conferences and in-services or special case orientations as needed and participates in on-call rotation


  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • Currently licensed to practice in Kentucky

  • One year nursing experience required

  • Must obtain and maintain current CPR certification (all locations)

  • Proof of eligibility to pass medications required
