Human Resources Business Partner - The Vintage

Serve as an integral business partner to leaders to ensure that human capital and talent management strategies are aligned with the medical center’s business and operational strategies. Provide HR consulting, assessment, organizational development, talent management, coaching and change management partnership and services to leaders and employees to enhance leadership capabilities and superior decision making.


Minimum Job Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources Management or a related field

Minimum years in field previous to employment:

  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible and complex professional experience within a Human Resources function

  • Experience with organizational development initiatives

  • Experience in implementing and working with performance management systems

  • Experience working in a highly complex organization

Preferred years in field previous to employment:

  • Demonstrated experience in at least three Human Resources disciplines

  • Strong business and operational acumen

  • Strong and proven assessment, internal consulting, team facilitation, change management, and project management, verbal and written communication and relationship management skills

  • Strong working knowledge of and experience in organizational effectiveness

  • Deep understanding of the strategic planning process

  • Able to manage technology and measure the effectiveness of organization-wide programs

  • High emotional intelligence

Position Responsibilities

  1. Enhance organizational effectiveness by aligning client human capital and talent management goals with operational plans and strategic objectives

  2. Leverage organizational development methodologies to achieve and sustain transformational change

  3. Implement/Support St. Luke’s Performance Management Program for assigned client groups

  4. Ensure timely and accurate support and communication to client groups with regard to progress against plans, and organizational initiatives

  5. Assesses all aspects of workforce capability as they relate to sustained achievement of strategic objectives. Provide strategic continuity by ensuring St. Luke’s has the workforce leadership and management talent to meet the system’s strategic and operational priorities, including: Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning (including workforce planning, high potential identification and success planning), Performance Management, and Workforce Development
