Physical Therapist - PT, St. Joseph London


As a therapist, the Lead Clinician is responsible for the evaluation andtreatment of patients referred to the facility. This includes patient evaluation, development and implementation of anappropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensivedischarge planning. The Lead Clinicianfunctions as an effective team member and contributes to the development andachievement of department and organizational goals and objectives. In addition, the Lead Clinician functions asan extension of the Manager/Director providing leadership for day-to-dayoperations of the facility as outlined in the job description.



Minimum two years recent clinical experience in an environment

commensurate with the practice setting and programmatic needs of the facility.

CPR/BLS required within 30 days of hire (ProCPR or AHA course only).

Licensure: Licensed or eligible

in the Commonwealth of Kentucky or State of Indiana, as appropriate to the facility.

Skills: Clinical skills

required vary based on practice setting and programmatic needs of the

facility. Effective time management. Effective oral and written communication

skills. Demonstrates potential to accept

additional responsibilities commensurate with the job description.

Equipment: Computers, therapy modalities, therapy exercise

equipment, therapy diagnostic and testing equipment.
