Our Lady of Peace is hiring a Full Time House Manager 4p-8a. Tues/Friday 4p-8a and Thurs 4p-12a.

country’s largest private, non-profit psychiatric/mental health hospitals with

a total of 220 beds. The facility offers the most comprehensive array of psychiatric

treatment and substance abuse services in the state, including specialized

programs and services along the full

continuum of care, including inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive

outpatient programming for all ages, including children, adolescents, and

Responsible for providing

leadership, managing ongoing nursing operations, coordinating effective patient

throughput and bed utilization and serving as resource to all hospital managers

for assigned shift. Functions as an

onsite liaison and resource person for nursing, medical, administrative, and

management staff. Communicates and

collaborates with all hospital departments and outside agencies in problem

resolution to promote effective and efficient hospital operations. Ensures care provided is based on defined

standards of patient care and accepted nursing practice.

Qualifications

Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required &preferred):

Graduate of an approved accredited school of nursing

Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky

BSN Required

BLS Required

Experience (required and preferred):

BSN and 3 years leadership experience required
