Our Lady of Peace is currently hiring for a PRN Mental Health Therapist.

a total of 220 beds. The facility offers the most comprehensive array of psychiatric

treatment and substance abuse services in the state, including specialized

programs and services along the full

continuum of care, including inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive

outpatient programming for all ages, including children, adolescents, and

position is responsible for providing direct clinical services to child,

adolescent, adult and/or geriatric patients and families to address

interpersonal and family systems issues that cause emotional distress, as well

as to provide discharge planning. These

include: group therapy; family therapy;

individual therapy; if certified, sexual offender therapy; if credentialed,

play therapy or EMDR; psycho education, discharge planning and coordinating

with community, government and mental health agencies to obtain aftercare

services necessary to reduce and prevent relapse.


Education/Accreditation/Licensure (required &


  • Master’s degree in social work or related fieldrequired.

  • Current certification as a Clinical SocialWorker (CSW), Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), LicensedMarriage & Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in the state of KY requiredwithin 30 days of hire.

  • Ability to complete Healthcare Provider/BasicLife Support and safe crisis management training and to perform as neededrequired.
