Sr. Application Support Egr – PACS / Imaging Apps
programs, tests and implements custom applications and interfaces. Makes
modifications to existing applications to achieve the objectives of assigned
projects in the most efficient manner. Maintains a detailed knowledge of each
of the assigned applications, systems and programs.
Analyzes, designs and createscomplex program specifications or logic.
Confirms technical requirementsand set direction of the development of technical specifications.
Leads and sets direction oftesting processes and implementation of modifications and/or enhancementsto computer systems, sub-systems.
Develops customized reports andsystem extracts at an advanced level.
Ensures compliance with scopestatements, general and detailed statement of work. Scopes will includetime estimates for assigned projects.
Leads and sets direction fortest data and testing systems and sub-systems
Comprehensive understanding andability to support and implement changes to existing systems, proceduresand hardware configurations.
Ability to lead advancedanalysis, research, debugging and modifications or recommends formodifications to current systems to keep them operating in an efficientand effective manner, conforming to existing department standards.
Lead contributor to control andreach resolutions during emergencies of production system problems.
Sets direction for maintenanceand updates system documentation.
Develops complex interfacesutilizing reusable services at an expert level.
Provides Level 2 and 3 support.
Leads development of test plansand execution on interfaces.
Mentors and trains junioranalysts.
Additionaltasks/responsibilities as defined.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relatedfield or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 – 7 years’ experience insupporting vendor platform required. (i.e. Clinical, Patient Management,web or enterprise general applications.)
PACS experience preferred.Primary roll is PACS and associated imaging applications support.
Knowledge of appropriateprogramming languages for various applications.

Scheduled Hours per 2-week Pay Period 80
