SERVICE TECH II
Is held accountable for following the policies and procedures of the department, organization, and CHI. Additionally, the position serves as a role model for ethical behavior and promotes an awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the Mission, Vision and Behavior Standards of Mercy Medical Center.
Maintain all customer product/service related equipment.
Perform service/maintenance/repair of all rental equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair all equipment within skill level. (general, mechanical, electronic) Skill level to be consistent with electronic technician training/experience.
Assist in setup and pickup of home care equipment.
Installation of a wide variety of handicap access equipment.
Program complex mobility electronics.
Education: HS diploma or GED (Technical school training a plus)
Experience: Understanding of mechanical equipment use and function.
Required licensure/certification: N/A (Training provided)
